Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for placing your order with EBJ. We offer standard delivery of 3 to 5 working days seevice and notification will be sent when the order is processed and is enroute/in the post. We will let you know also when your order is out for delivery to your address.
EBJ Shop purchase & Catering order delivers perishables goods/food, this means some orders will be deliver via cab/uber or in person by EBJ staff to ensure the freshness or presentation of the order. Such deliveries requires buyers to make plans to receive the delivery at a specific time and specific place unfailingly. Being available to collect the delivery (particularly large catering orders) on first attempt of delivery is important as delivery cab drivers will not redeliver the parcels (second attempt to deliver wiill incure further charges). The delivery can be left in a safe place (at the same addess) IF instructed by you (the client) to do.
Shipping costs for both Shop purchase, Catering service and Decor hire varies and some postal prices are determined EVRI/ROYAL MAIL prices per KG. Consumers are responsible for paying own return shipping costs via a trackable shipping service.
Shipping costs to exchange are payable by seller. EBJ will only exchange items if they are, mislabeled, perished on delivery or defective. In case if a delivered item meets the above conditions and an exchange is required, please contact EBJ immediately and include your order number.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
