Catering Deposit Policy
A deposit of 30% will be required to secure a catering order. Orders will not be book until the deposit is made to EBJ, to secured date/event. This deposit will be refunded in full upon the return of all EBJ'S catering utensils in full sets and undamaged condition within 24hrs after the date of event. Catering orders need to be place a minimum of 2 months before the date of event.
The full payment for catering service is payable within a 1 month (minimum) before the date of event. Not making full payment within 1 month will result in part loss of thr 30% deposit. If a booking is cancelled more than 1 month in advance then no money is payable to EBJ, deposit will be refunded. If a booking is cancelled 1 month to the event the client will loose the 30% deposit but will be refunded any payment made towards the catering order. If a catering order is cancelled less than 1 week to the event, the deposit will be lost and another 30% of full payment will be forfeited.
