Refund Policy

Please note, most of EBJ products are edible items, in the event that their is an issue with your item, it is unlikely we will be able to offer you a full refund for your order after the order has been processed and delivered. However, if a food product is mislabeled or perished before (it has been opened or used), you will be offered a refund or exchange for the item/s.

You will not be offer a refund if you change your mind about an order you've bought, ordered or received if there's nothing wrong with it. Customer will have an opportunity to seek 'good will gesture' if it can be proven without doubt that the placed order (for consumables or cooking class) genuinely requires cancellation).

In order to qualify for a refund customers must contact EBJ within 2-3 days (for non perishable products) via email or phone and provide their order number to process a return/refund. For perishable goods, customers must contact seller immediately upon receiving the item to discuss reasons for refund. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we will be unable to offer any refunds, exchanges or accept returns.
